We charge (1)10% of the total item price* AND (2) 5% of the international shipping fee (if EMS used) OR 10% of the international shipping fee(if other shipping methods used).

(1) Contents Examination Fee (1000 Yen per Order)
In general,we do not open parcels when we receive it from Japan seller. We will send these parcels in its original packing condition to the customer. If there is more than one parcel in an order, all parcels are to be packed in a bigger box.
If customer needs us to examine the contents, we will charge 1000 yen per order. We will only look into matters like quantity, colour, and size. We will also compare the actual products with the pictures posted on the shopping or bidding websites and check for the difference that can be discovered from the pictures. We do not provide examination which need professional knowledge,
We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of the contents when addressee receives the parcels. Please take this into account before ordering an examination.
(2) Forwarding Process Fee (1000 Yen per order)
When unwanted circumstances like parcel(s) rejected by Japan Post happen, we can help forwarding the parcels to a Japan address.
How And What Fees Do We Collect In An Order
(1) First payment: total item price+ 10% service fee (based on total item price) +other service fee(optional)
(2) Second payment: international shipping fee+ 5-10%service fee (based on shipping method and total international shipping fee)
Exchange rate
Customer can choose to pay in Malaysian Ringgit, Singapore Dollar or Chinese Yuan. An exchange rate between Japanese Yen and the chosen currency will be given by us based on daily changes in the foreign exchange market.
Postage
This product is set as free shipping due to system setting limit. But a customer is required to pay domestic and/or international fee when applicable.
Customer can choose to use a variety of international shipping methods provided by Japan Post: EMS, air mail, SAL, and surface mail.
We will charge the postage based on actual weight of the products with packaging. So customer will make an order for international shipping HERE after the postage is confirmed.
Procedures
①ASK
Shopping: Please inform us the merchandise information (product URL, product name, color, size, quantity, etc. ) ,preferred shipping method and mailing country.
Bidding: Please inform us the merchandise information (product URL, product name, color, size, quantity, etc. ), acceptable maximum amount for bidding, preferred shipping method and mailing country.
② GET QUOTE
We provide quote to customer for consideration.
③ MAKE 1st PAYMENT
Once the given quote is agreed by customer, please make the first order in this page. Please buy the quantity as agreed, for example, if the first payment amount for product A is RM321.50 after converting from Japanese Yen, please buy 32200(RM0.01*32200=RM322). Customer makes the payment.
④ WE BUY/BID
Once we receive the payment, we will purchase/ take part in the bidding as requested.
⑤ MAKE 2nd PAYMENT
After we receive the goods, customer will be notified and an international shipping quote will be given.
Customer makes order HERE and pays the amount.
⑥ GET TRACKING NO & PARCEL
After we receive the postage, we send the parcel in 3 working days and provide tracking no. to customer. Customer receives parcel(s) based on destination and shipping methods.

Once Order is made, it means customer has read, understood and accepted these terms.
Payment Time
♦ Due to rapid change in foreign exchange market and Japanese online shopping sites' prices and stocks, customer needs to make the first or second payment within 2 days after quote is given and accepted. After 2 days, please request a new quotation. The price of the item(s) and exchange rate may be change.
To Change An Order
♦ If a customer wants to change an order like modify colour, size, quantity, bidding amount, etc., please make the request before we make the order or bid. Once we have made order/bid, request for any change is unacceptable.
♦Customer needs to pay the due if there is any additional charge after order's change before we make order or bid.
♦If an order is complete successfully, we will refund the overpayment, but the customer is responsible for the bank transfer fee.
To Cancel an Order
♦ To cancel an order, please make request before we make order or bid. Once order/bid is made, order cannot be canceled.
♦If an order is canceled successfully, we will refund all the money including service fee but the customer is responsible for the bank transfer fee.
Items Sold Out/ Japan Merchant Cancel the Order/ Unsuccessful Bid
♦ If we cannot successfully purchase item(s) due to factors like item(s) sold out, the merchant cancel the order,etc., and customer does not want to wait for replenishment or change item(s) with same price, we will refund all the money including service fee.
♦ If bid is not successful, and no other order from the customer, we will refund all the money including service fee.
Storage Time
♦ When we receive all the items, we will contact the customer to make the second payment.
♦ We can keep the items free for 7 days, started from the day we receive the first item from an order. After that, a fee of 100 Yen per item, per day shall be charged. 30 days after we receive the first item of an order without payment received, we have right to dispose the related items.
Prohibited or Restricted Import and Export
♦ We will meet customer’s needs as much as possible, but please pay particular attention to those in need of international shipping and ensure it meet the international shipping regulations of Japan Post (click HERE) and import regulations of the mailing destination.
♦ If customer has mistakenly purchased prohibited or restrited item(s) in advance, or has insisted that we purchase or bid those item(s), we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by Japan Post's rejection for shipping, customs' taxation/confiscation, or other issues.
♦ When events like Japan Post refuses to provide international shipping occur, the customer needs to make a decision whether to forward the parcel(s) to a Japan address, or give it up.
♦ Whether customer chooses to forward the parcel(s) to a Japan address, or abandon it, our service fee are non-refundable.
♦ If customer chooses to send the parcel(s) to a Japan address, we will charge "Forwarding Processing Fee" (1000 yen per order), domestic postage and other charges (if applicable) by deducting it from the international postage we received in second payment. Customer needs to pay the due if applicable. On the other hand, we will refund the overpayment (bank transfer fee borne by the customer).
Fragile Objects; Valuables; Extra Large Objects
♦ Due to long distant shipping and forwarding, goods which are fragile or valuable are suggested to ship via EMS and add on insurance.
♦ Japan Post has size and weight restriction for international parcel post. A parcel's weight shall not more than 30 kg. For countries like Malaysia, Singapore and China, parcel's length (longest side of the postal item) within 1.5m while for countries like USA and Australia, parcel's length within 1.05m. Length+ (Height+Width)X2= within 3m for the former and within 2m for the latter. We cannot provide shopping, bidding and shipping service for extra large objects that exceed the weight and size limits mentioned.
About Customs
♦ Based on applicable laws and regulations of respective countries, custom officers will decide if they open parcel/mail or not, and if they charge duties/taxes or not (and the amount). Therefore, we are not able to give a clear opinion on these matters. If customer has any questions, please refer to your local customs.
♦ Any applicable duties or taxes fees are borne by the customer.
♦ If mail/parcel is proved to be detained or forfeited by customs (e.g. prohibited items seized, or the addressee does not pay taxes), we do not provide any compensation nor refund any fees collected.
Compensation Program Provided by Japan Post
♦ Japan Post has provided Compensation Program for mail that has been lost or the contents that have been damaged or are missing.
♦ As the sender, we can help customer to apply for damage compensation if the mail(s) involved are qualify for compensation program and the addressee has followed the procedures required by Japan Post before a compensation claim is applicable.
♦ Please read carefully about the FAQ of International Mail:
♦ Japan Post’s investigation usually takes 1-6 months, customer needs to be patient. If the claim is approved, we will receive compensation in Japanese Yen. Upon receive the final decision from the authority, we will report back to customer immediately.
♦ Compensation will be transferred to customer's bank account in Malaysian Ringgit, Singapore Dollar or Chinese Yuan based on the foreign currency exchange rate in the same day (bank transfer fee will be deducted from the compensation).
Promotions
♦ All customers who make orders from "Japan Shopping and bidding service category'" in www.goodmorningmybook.com are also eligible to take part in any promotions or campaigns held in our online store (www.goodmorningmybook.com) or in our facebook (username: goodmorningmybook) BUT all the postage are to be paid by the customers.

如果客户需要检查,我们每个订单会收取1000日元的费用。检查项目包括商品数量、颜色和尺寸。我们也会比较实物与购物拍卖网站上传的图片是否有差异,但是我们不提供需要专业知识的检查服务。
但是,当收件人接受包裹时,包裹商品有任何损失,我们一概不负责。请在申请检查前考虑服务使用条件。
(2)转寄处理费(每个订单1000日元)
当发生如日本邮政拒收邮件等不希望发生的情况,我们可以把包装转寄到其他日本地址。
在一个订单里,我们如何收取费用以及收取什么费用
(1)第一次付款:商品售价+10%服务费(根据商品总售价)+其他可选择服务费
(2)第二次付款:国际运费+5-10%服务费(根据邮寄方式以及国际运费总额)
兑换率
客户可以选择使用马币、新币或者人民币交易。外币兑换日元的汇率在付款前由我们提供。汇率根据每日外汇市场变化。
邮寄方式
由于系统设定限制,本商品设定成免邮。但是客户需要承担日本国内/国际运费(若有)。
客户可以选择使用日本邮政提供的多种国际邮寄方式:EMS、航空件、标准航空件、海运件。
我们根据商品实际重量(包含包装)收取运费。等确定运费后,请客户到此网页拍下运费。
代购/代标流程
①询问
代购:请告知欲购商品的资料(商品网址、商品名称、颜色、尺寸、数量)、希望邮寄方式和目的地。
代标:请先告知欲标商品的的资料(商品网址、商品名称、颜色、尺寸、数量)和可接受的下标最高金额、希望邮寄方式和目的地。
②报价
我们回覆报价,供客户参考。
③第一次付款
报价一旦被客户接受,请在本贴下第一次订单。请购买同意的数量,例如,日元兑换成马币后,A商品的第一次付款总额是RM321.50,请购买32200(32200*RM0.01=RM322)。客户付款。
④执行代购/代标服务
确认收款后,我们会根据要求购买和/参与下标。
⑤第二次付款
我们收到商品后,会通知客户并告知国际运费。

⑥接受邮件追踪号码和包裹
确认收到余款后,我们在3个工作日内寄出包裹。包裹寄出后会给客户邮件号码。根据邮寄地点和方式,客户接受包裹。

一旦下单,即表示客户已经阅读,理解并接受本店的服务条款。
支付时间
o 因汇率变动快速,且网购商品价格以及库存等会变动,无论是第一次或第二次收费,报价后请在2天内汇款,超过2天后请再重新申请报价(商品价格和汇率可能会改变)。
若要更改交易内容
o 若要改动代购商品的颜色尺寸数量、下标金额等内容,请在我们还没有下标、下订单前。订购、下标后的商品均无法进行任何更改。
o 若交易内容更改后产生新的费用,在我们下订单或下标前,客户需付清欠款。
o 交易成功后,若有多付的款项,我们会退款,但客户需要负担银行转账费。
若要取消交易
o 要取消交易,请在商品下订、下标前。下订、下标商品后,恕不接受取消交易的要求。
o 交易成功取消后,我们会退还全款(包括服务费),但退款时所产生的手续费由客户负担。
商品完售/商家取消订单/代标不成功
o 若因商品完售、商家取消订单等因素,我们无法成功购得商品,而客户不愿等待商家补货或更改订单,寻找其他同样价格的商品,我们将全额退还(包含服务费)。
o 代标若没有成功,而客户没有其他委托要求,我们将全额退还(包含服务费)。
商品保管时间
o 当收到所有商品后,我们会联系客户进行第二次付款,即国际运费。我们可以为客户免费保管商品7天,从签收同一个订单的第一件商品开始算起。之后,我们会收取每件商品每天100日元的费用。从第一件商品签收算起的第30天,我们有权处理相关商品。
禁寄或受限收寄的进出口
o 我们会尽可能满足客户的需求,但请特别注意,这些需要国际邮寄的商品是否符合日本邮局的国际寄送规定(按这里)以及商品寄送目的地的入口规定。
o 若客户事前误购禁寄或受限收寄的商品,或客户坚持要求我们代购、代标相关商品,我们不会承担任何由于邮局拒收邮件、海关课税、充公或其他问题造成的损失。
o 当发生日本邮局拒绝国际运送的情况时,客户需要决定货品是由我们作日本国内运送,还是将商品废弃。
o 不管是选择国内转寄,或者废弃商品,我们的服务费恕不退还。
o 若客户选择将货品邮寄日本国内,我们将加收“转寄处理费”(1000日元/订单),日本国内运费及其他手续费(若有)。我们会从较早前收取的国际运费中扣除。客户需要补充欠缺的费用;反之,我们会退还多付的款项(银行汇款手续费由客户承担)。
易碎物;贵重物;超大型物
o 商品因长距离的运送及转寄,易碎物或贵重物建议选择加保险以及EMS运送。
o 日本邮局规定,国际包裹重量不可超过30公斤;长度(邮寄包裹最长的边)不可超过1.5米(邮寄目的地如马来西亚、新加坡和中国)或1.05米(如美国、澳洲);长度+(高度+宽度)X2在3米以内(马新、中国)或2米以内(美澳)。对于超过上述重量和体积限制的超大型物,我们无法提供代购代标以及邮寄服务。
关于海关
o 邮件是否进行开封检查,是否收取关税以及金额多少,由海关工作人员根据各国的有关法规等来做出判断,我们难以明确回复这些问题。若有疑问请向当地海关询问。
o 若需支付关税,将由客户负担。
o 如包裹证实被海关扣留或没收(如违禁品查扣,或收件人不交税),我们不提供任何赔偿,也不退还所收任何费用。
日本邮政提供的损失赔偿制度
o 日本邮政的损失赔偿制度,针对寄出的邮件遗失,或内容物品遗失、被损坏等意外时,赔偿损失。
o 作为寄件人,我们可以为客户申请赔偿,前提是,涉及邮件符合赔偿资格,以及收件人已经完成了日本邮政要求的必要流程,以便邮件符合资格申请损害赔偿。
o 请仔细阅读日本邮政关于国际邮件的常见问题:
o 由于日本邮政调查时间一般1-6个月,客户需要耐心等待。如审核通过,将获得日元为单位的货币赔偿。收到报告时,我们会第一时间向客户汇报情况。
o 赔偿金额将根据当日外币汇率换算成马币、新币或者人民币,打进客户银行账户(须扣除汇款手续费)。
促销活动
