How And What Fees Do We Collect In An Order
(1)First payment: item price*+ service fee
(2)Second payment: international shipping fee**
*Item Price: price of ticket(s) required to purchase + processing fee collected by seller(if applicable) + tax(if applicable)+domestic postage(if applicable)+ bank transfer fee( if applicable)
**Some events/tourist spots provide e-tickets, so no international shipping fee required.
Exchange rate
Customer can choose to pay in Malaysian Ringgit, Singapore Dollar or Chinese Yuan. An exchange rate between Japanese Yen and the chosen currency will be given by us based on daily changes in the foreign exchange market.
Postage
This product is set as free shipping due to system setting limit. But a customer is required to pay domestic and/or international fee when applicable.
In general, we will mail the ticket(s) using EMS which is speedy and traceable.
We can also mail the tickets to customer when he/she check in to the Japanese hotel using Ta-Q-Bin.
Please make an order for international shipping HERE when shipping fee is confirmed.
Procedures
①ASK
Please inform us the ticket info (tourist spot’s/event's name, date, website, number of copies).
②GET QUOTE
We provide quote to customer for consideration.
③MAKE 1st PAYMENT
Once the given quote is agreed by customer, please make the first order in this page. Please buy the quantity as agreed, for example, if the first payment amount for product A is RM321.50 after converting from Japanese Yen, please buy 32150 (RM0.01*32150=RM321.50). Customer makes the payment.
④WE BUY/TAKE PART IN ADMISSION TICKET LOTTERY
Once we receive the payment, we will purchase/ take part in the admission ticket lottery as requested.
⑤MAKE 2nd PAYMENT
After we receive the ticket(s), customer will be notified and an international shipping quote will be given.
*If e-tickets are available and accepted by customer, no international shipping fee is required.
⑥GET TRACKING NO & TICKET(S)
After we receive the postage, we send the ticket(s) in 3 working days and provide tracking no. to customer.
To mail the ticket(s) to hotel in Japan, please provide us: (1) hotel’s name; (2) hotel’s address with postcode; (3) contact numbers; (4) check-in date; (5) room number; (6) English full name as in passport.
Please read through the Terms of Service for Japan Tickets Booking Service before placing an order.
Once Order is made, it means customer has read, understood and accepted these terms.
Payment Time
♦ Due to rapid change in foreign exchange market and tickets/seats availability, customer needs to make the first or second payment within 2 days after quote is given and accepted. After 2 days, please request a new quotation. The price of the item(s) and exchange rate may be change.
To Change An Order
♦ If a customer wants to change an order like quantity of tickets, date, etc., please make the request before we make the order. Once we have made order, request for any change is unacceptable.
♦Customer needs to pay the due if there is any additional charge after order's change before we make order.
♦If an order is complete successfully, we will refund the overpayment, but the customer is responsible for the bank transfer fee.
To Cancel an Order
♦ To cancel an order, please make request before we make order. Once order is made, order cannot be canceled.
♦If an order is canceled successfully, we will refund all the money including service fee but the customer is responsible for the bank transfer fee.
Items Sold Out/ Japan Ticketing Websites Cancel the Order/ Unsuccessful Admission Ticket Lottery
♦ If we cannot successfully purchase item(s) due to factors like ticket(s) sold out, the ticketing websites cancel the order, etc., and customer does not want to change to other ticket(s) with same price, we will refund all the money including service fees, BUT we will not refund the non-refundable fee charged by bank or the ticketing website(s).
Tickets Delivery at Short Notice
♦ In general, concert tickets or match tickets, mostly get to the ticket sellers/purchasers 1-2 weeks before the concert/race starts. On this occasion, if customer cannot receive the tickets prior to departure, we will forward tickets to the hotel. Customer is responsible to provide us complete mailing information and give notification to the hotel. Incomplete info may cause the mail not reach the customer timely.
ID Checks
♦ Most tickets sold in Japan have the purchaser’s name printed on the ticket. This is one of the measures used to avoid resale. While for the most part this is never checked or only randomly, there are some promoters who enforce this. We, as the ticket purchaser, will not provide any document for ID verification. Tickets holder may face situation like admission restrictions or require exiting during the events. On such occasion, there will be no compensation or refund. Please take this into consideration before placing an order.
Promotions
♦ All customers who make orders from "Japan Shopping and bidding service category'" in www.goodmorningmybook.com are also eligible to take part in any promotions or campaigns held in our online store (www.goodmorningmybook.com) or in our facebook (username: goodmorningmybook) BUT all the postage are to be paid by the customers.

邮寄方式
由于系统设定限制，所以本商品是设定成免邮。但是客户实际需要承担日本国内/国际运费（若有）。
我们使用国际特快专递（EMS），此邮寄方式高效并且可追踪。
我们也可以使用宅急便（Ta-Q-Bin）的快递服务将票券邮寄到客户下榻的日本酒店。

代购票流程
①询问
请告知我们票券资料（旅游景点/活动名称，日期，网址，张数）。
②报价
我们回覆报价，供客户参考。
③第一次付款
报价一旦被客户接受，请在本贴下第一次订单。请购买同意的数量，例如，日元兑换成马币后，A商品的第一次付款总额是RM321.50，请购买32150（32150*RM0.01=RM321.50）。客户付款。
④执行购票/参与入门票抽选
确认入款后，我们将根据要求购票或参加入门票抽选。
⑤第二次付款
我们收到商品后，会通知客户并告知国际运费。
*如果有提供电子票，而客户接受，那么无需国际运费。
⑥接受邮寄追踪号码和票券
确认入款后，我们在3个工作日内寄出票券并给客户邮件号码。
若要邮寄日本国内饭店，请提供：（1）饭店的名称；（2）饭店地址+邮递区号；（3）联络电话；（4）入住日期；（5）入住房号；（6）英文全名（与护照一致）。
在使用本店的日本代购代标服务之前，请仔细阅读服务条款。
一旦下单，即表示客户已经阅读并接受本店的服务条款。
支付时间
o 因汇率和票券/座位库存等变动快速，无论是第一次或第二次收费，报价后请客户在2天内汇款，超过2天后请再重新申请报价（商品价格和汇率可能会改变）。
若要更改交易内容
o 若要修改订单，如票券数量、日期等，请在我们还没有下订单前。下单后的商品均无法进行任何更改。
o 若交易内容更改后产生新的费用，在我们下订单或下标前，客户需付清欠款。
o 交易成功后，若有多付的款项，我们会退款，但客户需要负担银行转账费。
若要取消交易
o 要取消交易，请在我们下订商品前。下订商品后，恕不接受取消交易的要求。
o 交易成功取消后，我们会退还全款（包括服务费），但退款时所产生的手续费由客户负担。
商品完售/日本售票网站取消订单/门票抽选不成功
o 若因商品完售、售票网站取消订单等因素，我们无法成功购得商品，而客户不愿更改其他同样价格的票券，我们将全额退还（包含服务费），但是，已由银行或售票网站征收的不退还手续费，恕不退款。
短时间内邮寄票券
o 一般演唱会门票或竞赛类门票，大都在开演前或比赛前1~2周，卖家才取到票。如因这类状况导致客户无法在出发前收到，我们会转寄日本酒店。客户有责任提供我们完整的邮寄信息，以及通知酒店。不完整的资料可能让票券无法及时送达客户。
身份验证
o 日本大多数出售的门票都印有购票人的名字，这是为了防止倒卖。虽然大多数情况是他们从不或者很少检票，但是也有一些单位严厉执行。作为购票人，我们不提供任何身份证明文件。持票人可能面临限制入场、活动中要求退场的情形。若发生这类问题，我们不会提供赔偿或退款。请务必在下订单前详加考虑这些风险。
促销活动
在www.goodmorningmybook.com的“日本代购代标服务类别”下订单的所有客户，同样符合资格参与在本网店（www.goodmorningmybook.com）或面子书（username: goodmorningmybook）举办的任何促销或者活动，但是，所有邮费需要由客户负担。
